EU + RoW Fulfillment Update

Hello Everyone,

EU - As has been noted in the comments, EU fulfillment is WAY behind the estimated schedule we were originally told. There are a few reasons for this, all of which are pretty mundane, but unfortunate. The long and short of it is that the games were held at the port longer than expected (as mentioned in our July 25th update), then the product took a bit longer than expect to get to the fulfillment hub. Once it arrived, we were informed that they were checking quantities and preparing boxes. 

We expected at that point that things would progress pretty quickly moving forward. What we weren't told, until recently, was that another project had be prioritized over us due to our games being held so long at the port. So Happyshoppes started fulfilling that project while waiting for our games to clear customs and deliver. Unfortunately, that project took longer to finish than Happyshoppes had predicted. 

So what's up now?

Happyshoppes informed us this morning (our time), that shipping had begun and the estimated completion time would be one week (next Friday). 

We're really sorry that this process has taken so long and we've been working with Happyshoppes almost daily to get this fulfillment completed. We've also alerted them to take caution and use proper packing materials for the game so that the box would avoid damage in transit. 

RoW -  Happy shoppes is fulfilling most of the RoW pledges (Africa, Europe). However, South America is being handled by Our USA fulfillment partner and they will begin next week.

Shipping Update - 8/7/2018

Hello Everyone, 

Thank you for your patience on this update as we are just getting back from Gen Con. There are a few questions in the comments and we would like to answer them the best we can to help! 

For European fulfillment, our fulfillment partner has the games and when they received them, they shipped out an email saying that the product would be shipping soon. Since then, they have checked the quantities to verify that they have enough for all the backers and we have been told they will start shipping this week and early next week. 

This is much slower than we had expected and are very sorry for the wait for European Backers. We were hoping that this would be much faster, but this time it was not what it could have been and we are sorry that you have had to wait.  We are hoping that the games will be delivered very soon! 

The retail product that is already on shelves, is different than the deluxe editions that backers are getting. The kickstarter only version comes in a limited edition box, is the only version with miniatures, player boards converted to punch, wood meeple tracker tokens, and noble invitations. All-in-all it's a very different version than retail, and we hope you will be very happy with the special kickstarter edition that you're receiving.

Shipping Update & Replacement Invitations.

Hello everyone,

Wanted to do a quick update on shipping to hopefully clarify any questions:

USA, Mexico, & South America - Shipping is underway and many people are already receiving their games. We're expecting to complete all shipping for North America and South America by the end of next week.

Canada - The games have been received and are being processed for shipping out. They believe they will fulfill everything by the end of next week.

Europe - The games landed at the port and were held for quite a while. We had confirmation 2 days ago that the games were received by the fulfillment hub. They have the shipping documents and should begin fulfilling next week with an expected completion date of 2 weeks. 

Asia - Shipping has completed

Australia - Shipping has completed

ROTW - Shipping will commence next week and is expected to complete in 2 weeks. 

Invitation Printing Error

As many have pointed out there is a printing error on the Duchess Vanity invitation. We're very sorry this slipped through Q.A. Please note that the invitations have no gameplay purpose, they were just created as a cool collectible. However, we will be reprinting them. If you would like to receive a reprint, please email [email protected]. 

If you box was damaged in transit, please email [email protected] with a picture of the box.

Shipping Update - Games Received! Shipping Soon!

Hello Backers!

Just popping in for a quick update! The ships to Australia, Germany, and USA have landed! So here's what's next:

USA- We cleared customs, and we've already forwarded the games to our fulfillment hub in LA. They're processing the goods now and will begin fulfilling next week as this week is a broken up by the July 4th holiday.

Canada - The games are on their way to Snakes and Lattes in Canada as we speak. They should arrive later this week. 

Aus/Nz - The ship has landed and goods have been delivered, we're waiting on confirmation from our hub that they have verified the quantities and are ready to begin fulfillment.

Germany - The ship has landed and goods are in customs. We're waiting for them to clear. Once they do they should take about a day or two to get to the hub and the hub will begin fulfilling shortly thereafter. We'll keep you updated as things progress.

Asia - Has already fulfilled from our hub in Asia.

Rest of the World - Your packages will be shipping from USA. they will be packed and shipped at the same time as USA backers.

Shipping Update - 6/18/2018

Hey Everyone, 

We are excited to get Masque of the Red Death to you and its almost time! We had the early production copy at Origins Game Fair this weekend and showed off the game on BoardGameGeek with Adam Wyse. Check out the full video on the BGG Twitch Day 4 Stream.

There have been a few posts in the comments section about pledges arriving and we would love to clear up some confusion and give some good news! 

A few pledges have started to ship from the factory to Asia backers late last week. Some of those pledges went direct and the rest of the Asia backers went to the fulfillment center. Meaning some Asia backers will receive them in a few days, while others will have to wait 10-14 days. 

For US backers, the boat has almost arrived at port here in the US and should be here next week. From there, it will come to our warehouse then we will start to ship out pledges direct from our warehouse. 

For EU backers, the games should be arriving at the fulfillment center in about 2 weeks and they will go out from there. 

For North and South America backers, the games will come from our warehouse, while other regions will come from fulfillment hubs. 

We are looking at everyone having their games over the course of the next 3-4 weeks!
