Hello Nobles,

Just a quick update today about BackerKit. Last week there was a weird bug that was not allowing BackerKit, at least our BackerKit, to successfully import the backers from Kickstarter. This meant we could not send out your invitations to log into BackerKit. This was fixed Friday morning and BackerKit promptly reviewed and approved our kit buildout!

Today we'll be sending out a small number of invitations, what they call a smoke test. The idea is that this test is done to make sure that the emails are being forwarded correctly and getting to their destinations. This small test keeps us and BackerKit from immediately receiving 1,000+ emails saying that all the invitations bounced back. If everything looks in working order, we will send the rest of the invitations out tomorrow morning (pst).

Sorry for the delay in getting your BackerKit access up, but it won't be long now! Thanks again for your patience and support!

Well, we came, we saw, we mingled, we funded! We would like to tell all of our bakers THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping us fund this game and supporting this project! We think you'll really love the final product from how it looks to how it plays and everything in between!

Greetings Nobles! 

It is time to present our final reveal and guest to the Masquerade Ball, Edgar Allan Poe.

This reveal comes with an exclusive character to the deluxe edition, which is only available on Kickstarter. He comes with the miniature game piece and fully illustrated player board. In game, Edgar Allan Poe will replace Prince Prospero. 

We are in the final 50 hours of this Kickstarter and are very thankful to everyone who has backed the campaign so far! This has been a wonderful project which came together from the amazing game design of Adam Wyse and fantastic pairing with Gris Grimly's illustrations. 

The pre-production copy arrived yesterday, please take a look at the unboxing. We are thrilled with how it looks and can't wait for you all to see it in person. 

Please share this campaign with your friends as this is the only time this deluxe edition will be available!

Something dreadful approaches! An uninvited guest so terrifyingly terrible that its sure to put a painful end to this affair!

Watch out dear nobles, for the RED DEATH has arrived!

But what's this? Another shadowy, unexpected figure draws near! But with all guests, and ghouls, accounted for, who could this be?

 Pre-Production update!

Today we received our preproduction of the packaging, and a few of the game's internal components, from the manufacturer. We've posted a video below showing off the spot-gloss and foil work of the special packaging, as well as the invitations, and the punchboard player boards. We've also put up a few snaps of the pre-production minis!
